Instagram is a highlight reel. People don’t post bad pictures of themselves or usually brag about when they are having shitty day. They only want you to see the good. The only person you should ever compare yourself to, is the person you were yesterday & try to be better than that today.
Sometimes instead of complaining about all of the things that you do not have you should take a look at the things you do have. Those are some of the things people WISH for. Just a thought.
I’m glad I woke up to see another day, to take another breath, to go to a job I may sometimes dread… but I have a freaking job!!!

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is finally here! This is by far my favorite sale of the year and I can’t wait to buy everything! Stuff I don’t need, totally getting. Stuff that probably won’t zip up, totally gonna buy it anyways & try it on at home to make sure I at least have a chance to to see if I like it. Shoes that I may need to size up in, I’m throwing those in the cart anyways because Nordstrom has free returns & free shipping so I don’t have to worry about it. I just throw it ALL in the cart.
These Vince Camuto Gigietta booties are the #1 selling shoe this year. They have already sold out in every color so far! I would buy them at sale price and if receive a message saying they’re sold out, they will still let you get them for the same price after the sale is over.
Another very popular shoe is the Adidas Swift Run sneaker. People have said they run at least a half size too big if not a whole shoe size. I got mine in an 8.5 just because they were sold out of size 8 already. Keep in mind I had everything in my cart within 6 minutes of the sale start. They went REALLY fast. They come in a few colors but gray seems to be the most popular.
Next up are the 42 Gold Peep Toe Bootie. I tried to get these last year but I was too late. So this year I got them in both black and camel suede.
Does it get any cuter? I die for these peep toes!
Make sure you shop fast because they will place an order, take payment and then cancel it because it’s sold out. It’s better to just go in the store if you have the time. I managed to buy 17 things in ten minutes and everything seems to be in stock. This is rare, tbh, and things will probably get kicked back.
