I normally eat shrimp salad about three times a week, especially when I don’t really want to cook. I tend to make them different every time & that way we don’t get sick of them. I love love love salad and this one definitely didn’t disappoint.
Heat the pan over medium/high heat with some olive oil. Mix 16/20 (jumbo) shrimp with cajun seasoning and add to the pan. When they’re done, I just let them cool down a bit so they don’t wilt the lettuce. Plus, I don’t like hot ass shrimp in my cold salad.
- Black Beans (sometimes)
Squeeze some lime over the top & a sprinkle of cajun seasoning. I usually add a little Italian dressing just to add some flavor.
So yum and so simple.
